    Governors’ Milestone Meeting 01 May

    Friday, April 3rd, 2009

    Governors will be hosting a Milestone Meeting on Friday 01 May at 09.00 – 10.30 in the school hall. Please come along and find out about new developments for the school and ways in which your ideas and feedback can be incorporated into the School Improvement Plan. Any parents who are unable to attend but would like their questions and ideas presented please contact Ian or Mark who will pass them onto Sharon Sullivan, Chair of Governors or email them to Mark at mderrington@grasmere.hackney.sch.uk
    A crèche facility will be available in the Nursery classroom.


    Nursery Closure

    Please note that due to home visits for new children starting school the Nursery will be closed on Monday 05 and Tuesday 06 January 2009. Nursery will open again on Wednesday 07 January.


    Watch Out, Measles About!

    Since June 2007 there have been over 300 reported cases of measles to GPs in Hackney.

    In response to the recent measles outbreak City and Hackney Primary Care Trust has arranged for the mobile immunisation unit to visit Grasmere on the morning of Monday 3rd December. The van will be in the playground from 8.45am with Nurses present to see children whose immunisations are not up to date. Please complete the form which has been sent home and return to school.
